In this section you are welcome to browse through different activities we were engaged in, concerning films.
One part is devoted on the film ”THE HELP”, an american drama-comedy of 2011, directed by Tate Taylor, based on an award-winning novel written by Kathryn Stockett. The story is set in Jackson, Mississippi in the early 1960s during a time of racial segregation. The Help is a story that focuses on important issues like racism and inequality, but also on important themes like unexpected friendship, courage to stand up for one's rights, the importance of sharing stories and growing up. That is why the novel/movie can be used in many subject areas and we chose to work with.
The second part contains reviews of films and reference lists, relating to bullying and recommended by different counties. Our choices reflect our multicultural perspectives.
